摘要
针对现有热连轧生产线轧制节奏慢,在精轧入口区域卡脖子等问题进行改造,粗轧区缩短等待时间,精轧区同时轧制两块钢,提高轧制节奏,最终提高热轧生产线的产能,完成改造目标。
In view of the problems including slow rolling rhythm and bottleneck problems at entry area of the finishing mill of the existing tandem hot rolling line,the optimization methods such as shortening of the waiting time at the roughing mill area,simultaneously rolling of two slabs at the finishing mill area and raising the rolling rhythm.Finally,the production capacity of the hot rolling line is increased and the goal of optimization of achieved.
