摘要
针对工程公司以卷册形式向生产企业交付的工程资料,以及工程设计、建造期等的信息数据,无法被生产企业的生产、运维、MES、PCS等系统直接利用,使工程交付存在信息屏障,形成钢铁行业数字化转型困境的局面,数字化交付技术是解决这一难题的关键技术。从数字化交付概念入手,分析数字化交付过程中的数据基础、数据组织、数据交付等内容,最终实现工程数据“数字档案馆”形式的集中交付。
Digital delivery is the key technology to get rid of the difficult situation for digital transformation faced by the iron and steel industry because of information barrier of engineering delivery,since the engineering documents and data information such as engineering design and construction period are delivered to the manufacturing enterprises by the engineering companies in paper files and can not be directly integrated into the production,maintenance,MES,PCS and other systems of the manufacturing enterprise.This paper carries out the research on the basis of digital delivery,analyzes the data base,data organization,data delivery and other factors during the process of digital delivery,and finally realizes centralized delivery of the engineering data in the form of“digital achieve”.
