摘要
拦河闸缝墩整体一次浇筑施工在不改变设计初衷的前提下,可以使缝墩整体支模、一次性浇筑到顶,既能保证缝墩的施工质量,又加快了施工进度,缩短了工期,还能减少建筑材料等投入,降低施工成本,节能环保,大大缩短了作业人员在高处作业环境下的暴露时间,进而降低了施工风险,确保了项目施工安全。
The integral one-time casting construction method for river barrage sluice piers,without altering the original design intent,allows for the entire sluice pier to be supported by a single formwork and cast in one go.This approach ensures both the construction quality of the sluice piers and accelerates the construction progress,leading to shorter construction periods and reduced input of construction materials.This,in turn,lowers construction costs and promotes energy efficiency and environmental protection.Furthermore,it significantly reduces the exposure time of workers in elevated work environments,thereby mitigating construction risks and ensuring project construction safety.
