社会工作参与家庭教育指导服务具有现实的政策依据与自身发展条件的支持。社会工作在家庭教育指导服务方面可立足关系视角、秉持助人理念、坚守公正情怀、采用综融方法、发挥系统功能,彰显出丰厚的价值意蕴与专业优势。加强家庭教育指导社会工作服务的政府购买、能力建设、协同联动、人才培养,是实现社会工作参与家庭教育指导服务的重要路径。
Social work participation in family education guidance services is based on realistic policy and backed up by its own development conditions.It has a foundation in the relational perspective,upholds the concept of helping people,adheres to justice,adopts an integrated approach,and gives play to systematic functions,thus demonstrating its rich value and professional advantages.Strengthening government procurement,capacity-building,collaborative linkage,and talent training for family education guidance is an important path for the role of social work in family education services.
