摘要 0引言,急性早幼粒细胞白血病(AML-M3,APL)是白血病中具有特征性的染色体及融合基因的一种特殊亚型,95%的APL因t(15;17)形成PMLRARa融合基因,对全反式维甲酸(ATRA)、三氧化二砷(ATO)靶向药物反应性好,是最有希望治愈的一种恶性疾病。APL伴STAT3-RARa融合基因病例临床非常罕见。
