摘要 加热炉是在冶金工业中将工件或者物料进行加热到锻造温度的设备。在工业生产中,加热炉的温度与轧制产品的质量具有重要的影响,因此必须保证加热的温度以及均匀性,确保所锻造的产品符合行业要求。主要介绍了一种基于PLC的加热炉炉温智能控制系统,分析加热炉的升温控制要求以及系统基本结构,包括系统设计的硬件以及软件装置,最后对设计的PLC的加热炉炉温智能控制系统设计运行效果进行了检测。运行结果表明该加热炉具有较强的自动调节能力,而且炉温上升比较平稳,当达到预期值之后,基本可以保持炉内温度的稳态,当炉温高于预定值时,温控系统可以及时调整温度,实现加热炉炉温的自动化控制,可以为日后类似的工业加热炉智能化控温提供较好的参考。 The heating furnace is a device that heats the workpiece or material to the forging temperature in the metallurgical industry.In industrial production,the temperature of the heating furnace has an important impact on the quality of the rolled product,so the heating temperature and uniformity must be ensured to ensure that the forged products meet the industry requirements.This paper mainly introduces a PLC based on heating furnace temperature intelligent control system is mainly introduced and the heating furnace temperature control requirements and the basic structure of the system are analyzed,including the hardware and software devices of the system design,and finally tests the design and operation effect of the PLC heating furnace temperature intelligent control system.The operation results show that the furnace has a strong automatic adjustment ability,and the furnace temperature rise is relatively stable,when the expected value is reached,the temperature can basically maintain the steady state of the furnace temperature,when the furnace temperature is higher than the predetermined value,the temperature control system can adjust the temperature in time to achieve the automatic control of the furnace temperature,which can provide a good reference for similar industrial heating furnace intelligent temperature control in the future.
