电力信息化工业电加热设备绿色电节能体系应用方法

摘要 为了减少能源消耗,保证企业利益最大化,提出了电力信息化工业电加热设备绿色电节能体系应用方法。利用傅里叶变换获得设备电压序列,算出有功与无功功率,进而得到基波、谐波的功率,判断设备用电量工作状态。通过对电力信息化工业企业调节,将能源消耗指标从高耗能中转移到低耗能设备,确定框架性约束条件,保持分配指标的相对稳定,制定出本企业用电计划。优先安排紧急的加热设备的用电,兼顾与工业企业有关的配套设施,保证企业各个设备供应的最小用电量指标,最后通过生产产量与电耗定额与设备消耗平均值对比,完成绿色电节能体系和应用。通过实验,证明所构建体系应用方法能够防止设备温度过高,保证生产的同时降低电力资源消耗,提高电能使用效果,实现电力信息化工业电加热设备的生产稳定。 In order to reduce energy consumption and ensure the maximization of enterprise benefits,the application method of green electric energy saving system for industrial electric heating equipment of electric power informatization is proposed.The Fourier transform is used to obtain the equipment voltage sequence,calculate the active and reactive power,and then obtain the fundamental and harmonic power to judge the working state of the equipment power consumption.Through the adjustment of electric power informatization industrial enterprises,the energy consumption indicators are transferred from high energy consumption to low energy consumption equipment,the framework constraints are determined,the distribution indicators are relatively stable,and the enterprise's power use plan is formulated.Priority shall be given to arranging the power consumption of emergency heating equipment,taking into account the supporting facilities related to industrial enterprises,ensuring the minimum power consumption index supplied by each equipment of the enterprise,and finally completing the green power energy conservation system and application by comparing the production output and power consumption quota with the average value of equipment consumption.Through experiments,it is proved that the application method of the system can prevent equipment from overheating,reduce power resource consumption while ensuring production,improve the use effect of electric energy,and achieve stable production of electric heating equipment in power information industry.
