摘要
探讨了冲击测试标准ASTM D 5420的测试原理,并重新演绎平均失效能量的计算公式,提出了一种更易理解的计算方法。该研究基于样品冲击失效能量均一稳定的假设,修正了原计算方法;同时分析了测试标准用于蜂窝夹层结构冲击性能表征中的要素,包括支撑方式、失效判据、能量梯度和计算原理。结果表明:该研究所提出的计算方法步骤更为简单高效,结果更为准确,且在蜂窝夹层结构冲击失效能计算中,更加合理;同时解决了蜂窝夹层结构冲击测试中的部分问题,有利于蜂窝夹层结构冲击试验标准的建立和该材料体系抗冲击性能的表征。
This paper interprets the test principle standard ASTM D 5420,and re-deduces the calculation formula of the mean failure energy,puts forward a easy understanding calculation method.Based on the hypothesis of the equilibrium of the failure energy of the sample,the original calculation method is corrected.Meanwhile,this paper analyzes the elements of the test standard for the impact of the honeycomb sandwich structure,including the support mode,the failure criterion,the energy gradient and the calculation principle.Calculation results show that the proposed method is simpler and more efficient,and the results are more accurate.The new method is more reasonable in the calculation of the impact failure of the honeycomb.Meanwhile,the solutions of these problems are beneficial to the establishment of the test standard of the honeycomb sandwich structure and representation of the resistance of the material system.
