摘要 针对传统三闭环控制方法无法满足一些高性能位置伺服控制的问题,为提高伺服系统自动化和电气工程及其自动化专业的工程创新教学水平,自主设计和开发可验证、可评价的开放性实验项目。搭建了基于PLC的工艺对象驱动伺服电动机控制平台,采用博图软件对控制器和驱动器进行硬件组态,实现伺服电动机实时转速、转向、制动和定位等功能设置。以圆盘同步设备操作为例设计切纸机操作系统,指导学生完成牵引辊和横切刀的点动、回零、定位和同步功能设置。以项目实施的形式进行实践教学,提高新工科背景下学生解决复杂工程问题的能力。 The traditional three-closed-loop control method cannot meet the needs of some high-performance position servo control applications,in order to improve the engineering innovation application level of servo system automation and electrical engineering and its automation,an opening experiment that contains experiemental design,development,verification and evaluation is established.A control platform based on PLC technology object to drive servo motor is built,and Botu software is used to configure the hardware of the controller and driver,which can realize the real-time speed,steering,braking,positioning and other function settings of the servo motor.Taking the operation of the disc synchronization equipment as an example,the paper cutter operating system is designed,and the students are guided to complete the jog,zero return,positioning and synchronization function settings of the traction roller and the cross cutter.The experimental results show that the position tracking accuracy of the motion control platform can reach±0.6 rad,the synchronous positioning accuracy is less than 0.1 mm,and the system has fast response and high stability.Practical teaching in the form of project implementation improves students’ability to solve complex projects under the background of new engineering.
