改性分子筛载氧体制备及其性能实验教学实践

摘要 设计了综合型专业实验“镍改性分子筛载氧体的制备、表征及其化学链重整制富氢合成气的性能研究”。实验通过水热法合成HY分子筛,采用浸渍法引入活性金属制备镍改性分子筛载氧体;利用载氧体在化学链重整循环过程中释放和吸收晶格氧的特性,将农林废弃物高效转化为高品质富氢合成气,显著提高了转化效率、产气性能。该综合型创新实验将复合载氧体制备、性能分析和应用实例相结合,注重学生亲身体验本专业的科研实验,提升学生解决科学问题的能力,培养学生的创新思维和科研素养。 A professional comprehensive innovative experiment“Research on the Preparation and Characterization of Ni-modified Molecular Sieve Oxygen Carrier and the Performance of Chemical Looping Reforming to Produce Hydrogen-rich Syngas”is designed to improve.After synthesized the HY molecular sieve by hydrothermal method,Ni-modified molecular sieve oxygen carrier is prepared by introducing active metal Ni on HY molecular sieve by impregnation method.The agricultural and forestry wastes are efficiently converted into high-quality hydrogen-rich syngas based on the characteristics of oxygen carrier that release and absorb lattice oxygen during chemical looping reforming,which significantly improves the conversion efficiency and reaction performance.After combined the preparation of composite oxygen carrier,performance exploration and application examples,this comprehensive innovative experiment focuses on students’personal experience of scientific research and teaching experiments in authors’major,it improves the students’ability to solve scientific problems and cultivating students’innovative thinking and scientific research literacy.
