信息化背景下高校资产管理路径优化探析

Analysis of the Asset Management Path Optimation of Universities under the Background of Informatization

资产管理是高校日常管理工作中的重要环节,为高校人才培养、科学研究、后勤服务等活动正常开展提供坚强的后盾。信息化技术的出现,革新了高校资产管理的方式,为资产管理工作带来了巨大便利。首先提出信息化建设对高校资产管理的意义,分析目前高校资产管理工作中存在的问题,最后结合徐州医科大学在资产管理工作中的实践和探索,提出了优化高校资产管理的对策和路径,以进一步提升高校资产管理水平。

Asset management is an important part in the daily management of universities,which provides strong support for carrying out talent training,scientific research,logistics services and other activities normally.The emergence of information technology has innovated the way of asset management in universities and brought great convenience to the asset management.This paper firstly puts forward the significance of the informatization construction to asset management in universities.Secondly it analyses the problems existing in the asset management.Finally,it proposes countermeasures and paths to optimize university asset management by combining the practice and exploration of Xuzhou Medical University,in order to further improve the level of asset management in the colleges and universities.
