CR400BF型动车组辅助变流器主风扇结构故障原因探究

摘要 文中针对CR400BF型动车组辅助变流器主风扇出现的叶轮晃动及螺栓断裂故障,综合故障风扇的拆解检查、结构仿真、现车普查手段,确定了故障原因是叶轮表面积灰引起的动平衡超量,并通过实车振动测试的振动时域和频域分析,验证了叶轮表面积灰对风扇振动的影响。基于克服灰尘积累提出了针对性的优化建议。 In this paper,aiming at the impeller shaking and bolt fracture of the main fan of the auxiliary converter of CR400BF EMU,it is determined that the cause of the failure is excessive dynamic balance caused by the ash on the surface of the impeller by means of disassembly inspection,structural simulation and on-site vehicle survey.Dust deposition on the surface of impellers has an influence on the vibration of fan,which is verified by analyses of the vibration time domain and frequency domain on the actual vehicle vibration test.Improved suggestions based on avoiding dust deposition are put forward.
