基于轮轨接触分析的广义横向不平顺研究

摘要 铁道车辆在轨道几何不平顺激扰作用下会产生车体晃动,严重时影响乘坐舒适性和行车安全。对车辆晃动问题进行深入研究后,发现除了传统定义的轨向、高低、轨距等轨道几何不平顺之外,诸如钢轨不均匀磨耗、轨底坡变化等其他形式参数的改变也会对车辆系统产生激扰,造成车辆异常晃动。为研究钢轨廓形变化等因素对车辆系统的激扰作用,将轮轨系统视为整体并进行轮轨接触分析,基于对轮对平衡位置的研究,提出了考虑多种激扰综合作用下广义不平顺的定义以及定量计算方法。基于该方法可量化分析不均匀磨耗和轨底坡变化等因素对车辆的激扰,解释并指导解决部分类型车辆异常晃动问题。 Railway vehicles may experience body swaying under the excitation of track geometric irregularities,which can seriously affect ride comfort and driving safety.After conducting in-depth research on the issue of vehicle swaying,it was found that in addition to the traditional definition of track geometry irregularities such as track alignment,longitudinal level,gauge,etc,changes in some other forms of parameters such as uneven rail wear and changes in rail cant can also cause disturbances to the vehicle system,resulting in abnormal vehicle swaying.To research the excitation effects of factors such as changes in rail profile on vehicle systems,the wheel rail system is considered as a whole and wheel rail contact analysis is conducted.Based on the study of the balance position of the wheel set,a definition and quantitative calculation method of generalized irregularities considering the combined effects of multiple excitation are proposed.Based on this method,the disturbance of the vehicle caused by factors such as uneven wear and the change of the rail cant can be quantitatively analyzed,and some types of the vehicle abnormal swaying problem can be explained and solved.
