止痒膏治疗皮肤瘙痒症的疗效观察及其对血清炎性因子的影响

Observation on Curative Effect of Zhiyang Ointment(止痒膏)in Treatment of Skin Pruritus and Influences on Serum Inflammatory Factors

目的:评价止痒膏治疗皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效及对血清炎性因子TNF-α、IL-22、IL-6表达水平的影响。方法:纳入患者206例,所有病例随机分为观察组和对照组各103例;对照组患者口服氯雷他定片,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加外用止痒膏治疗;连续治疗4周后,评价两组临床疗效,治疗前后进行临床病情指标评分,并检测血清炎性因子TNF-α、IL-22、IL-6表达水平;随访1个月,记录复发情况。结果:治疗前两组患者病情指标评分、血清炎性因子表达水平组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者病情指标评分、血清炎性因子表达水平均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组的临床综合疗效痊愈率、显效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血清炎性因子TNF-α、IL-6、IL-22表达水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察期间两组均没有发生明显不良反应。结论:止痒膏治疗皮肤瘙痒症临床疗效显著,而且不良反应发生率低,其作用机制可能与降低炎性因子表达水平有关。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zhiyang Ointment in treating skin pruritus and its influences on serum TNF-α,IL-22 and IL-6.Methods:206 patients were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 103 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Loratadine tablets orally,while patients in the observation group were treated with topical Zhiyang Ointment on the basis of the treatment in the control group.After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy was appraised and the of serum TNF-α,IL-22 and IL-6 levels of the two groups before and after treatment were determined and compared.Fallow-up for one month,recorded the recurrence patients.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of disease index scores and serum TNF-α,IL-22 and IL-6 levels(P>0.05).After treatment,the patient’s condition index score and serum TNF-α,IL-22 and IL-6 levels were significantly lower in both groups compared to before treatment(P<0.05);the clinical comprehensive efficacy recovery rate and significant improvement rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Serum TNF-α,IL-22 and IL-6 levels of the observation group were more significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The recurrence rate of the observation group was also significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);During the observation period,neither group experienced any significant adverse reactions.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Zhiyang Ointment in treating skin pruritus is significant,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.Its mechanism of action may be related to significantly reducing the expression level of inflammatory factors in patients.
