ICT支持下电力系统多阶段鲁棒调度的分散协同建模及应用

摘要 为了提高电力耦合以及调度系统的稳定性,需要降低电力信息通信技术(information and communi-cation technology,ICT)网间耦合的误差,提高电力的调度效率.对实际电力系统的电网组成结构和实际应用业务流向作了分析,对现有电力系统过耦合模型和级联失效模型作了优化,首先分析了传统双向耦合的耦合方式及特点,总结出了现有耦合方式的不足.在此基础上,根据实际电力系统的网络习惯将2种能量耦合和信息耦合业务分开,分别分析2种业务对系统可靠性的影响.构建了2个网络之间的耦合结构,研究了不同耦合策略对耦合系统稳定性的影响.结果表明,双网耦合之后,随着耦合边数量的增加,双网系统中节点故障的比例(R)呈现统一下降的趋势.这说明,增加能量耦合边缘的数量可以更有效地提高双电源ICT网络系统的稳定性.在能量耦合中,介数耦合下系统节点的故障率低,系统鲁棒性好,是ICT可靠性较好的体现.研究了传统电力系统耦合的机制和原理,提出了新的电网耦合策略,提高了电力耦合系统的稳定性,可为相关研究提供一定的参考和借鉴. In order to improve the stability of power coupling and dispatching system,reduce the error of power information and communication technology(ICT)network coupling,and improve the efficiency of power dispatch,this research analyzes the grid structure and actual application business flow of the actual power system,and optimizes the existing power system over-coupling model and cascading failure model.The traditional two-way coupling coupling mode and characteristics are analyzed.The shortcomings of the occur-rence coupling are summarized in the way.On this basis,the two energy coupling and information coupling services are separated according to the actual network habits of the power system,and the impact of the two services on the system reliability is respectively analyzed.This paper constructs a coupling structure between two networks and studies the influence of different coupling strategies on the stability of the coupled system.The results show that,as the number of coupling edges increasing,the proportion of node failures(R value)in the dual-network system shows a uniform downward trend with the dual-network coupling.This shows that increasing the number of energy coupling edges can effectively improve the stability of the dual power supply ICT network system.The failure rate of the system nodes under the intermediate coupling is low,and the system robustness is good.With the energy coupling,the ICT shows reliability.This paper studies the traditional power system coupling mechanism,and proposes a new grid coupling strategy,which improves the stability of the power coupling system,and provides some ideas for related research.
