大豆BZR1基因家族进化与油菜素内酯响应分析 被引量:1

摘要 油菜素内酯(brassinosteroids,BRs)是植物体内一类重要的固醇类激素,在植物的生长发育过程中发挥着十分重要的作用.BZR1是BRs信号转导途径中的关键转录因子.为了深入研究大豆BZR1基因(GmBZR1)家族的生物学特性,通过生物信息学方法鉴定到15个GmBZR1家族成员,并将其分为3组(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ).基因复制方式分析表明,80%的GmBZR1基因来自全基因组加倍或片段复制.共线性分析表明,大部分GmBZR1旁系同源基因对产生于大豆物种形成之前,说明该家族基因在整个进化过程中均比较保守.基因表达量分析显示,绝大多数GmBZR1基因在BRs处理前后转录水平没有明显变化,而BRs处理后GmBZR1蛋白的磷酸化水平明显降低,推测GmBZR1同样作为转录因子在BRs信号通路中发挥重要作用.为进一步解析GmBZR1家族的功能奠定了基础. Brassinosteroids(BRs)are a class of important steroid hormones in plants,which plays essential roles in the growth and development of plants.BZR1is a key transcription factor in the BRs signaling pathway.In order to deeply characterize the biological function of the BZR1gene family in soybean(GmBZR1),15 GmBZR1family members were identified in soybean using bioinformatics methods and divided into three groups(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ).Analysis of gene replication pattern showed that 80%of GmBZR1 genes were derived from whole-genome duplication or segmental duplication.Collinearity analysis indicated that most of the GmBZR1 paralogous gene pairs were generated before the formation of soybean species,suggesting that the genes of this family were relatively conserved throughout the evolutionary process.Expression analysis showed that not transcription level but protein phosphorylation status of the GmBZR1was significantly changed by BRs treatment,suggesting that GmBZR1also plays an important role in the BRs signaling pathway as a transcription factor.This study has laid a foundation for further exploration of the functions of the BZR1family in soybean.
