钢壳沉管曲面结构优化设计与建造

摘要 大型的道路、桥梁、隧道等钢壳沉管等钢结构,不必像船体曲面结构那样特别注重结构的光顺性,以提高船舶水动力性能。为此,本文提出一种类似微积分的方法,将曲面结构细分成若干平直结构,采用平直结构建模出图的方式,这种方法将有效提升大型钢结构产品的设计质量、制作效率以及缩短建造周期。 As to large steel structures for the roads,bridges and steel shell immersed pipes involve curved surface structure areas,if the ship curved surface structure modeling is used to carry out the production design,the efficiency is low and prone to mistakes.Such steel structures do not need like hull structure to pay special attention to the smoothness of structure to improve the ship hydrodynamic performance.Therefore,this paper puts forward a similar calculus method,where the curved surface structure is subdivided into several straight structures,and the flat structure modeling diagram is adopted.This method will effectively improve the design quality and production efficiency of large steel structure products,and shorten the construction cycle.
