The rise of private undergraduate colleges and universities has played an important role in China’s higher education system.However,their personnel management system is facing a series of problems that directly affect the development of colleges and the quality of education.This study aims to explore these issues and propose feasible strategies to promote the sustainable development of private undergraduate colleges.By studying and solving the problems in the personnel management system of private undergraduate colleges,the paper aims to contribute to the sustainable development and improvement of education quality of these colleges,and also provide useful references for the continuous improvement of China's higher education system.
