摘要
随着我国建筑行业的发展,城镇老旧小区改造项目作为我国城市更新的主要组成部分,其项目的复杂性、不确定性和特殊性决定了项目在实施工程中成本控制的难度。而全过程造价管理模式从建设项目的全寿命周期出发正是解决了老旧小区改造项目成本管理错综复杂的难题。本文从城镇老旧小区改造的特点和成本控制的难点出发,引入成都市高新区A小区改造项目,梳理出项目在改造过程中出现的问题,给出针对性的对策,确保城镇老旧小区改造项目成本控制的有效性。
With the development of China's construction industry,the renovation project of the old urban residential area is the main part of China's urban renewal.The complexity,uncertainty and particularity of the project determine the difficulty of cost control in the implementation of the project.The whole process cost management model starts from the whole life cycle of the construction project which solves the complicated problem of cost management of the old residential renovation project.Starting from the characteristics of the renovation of old urban residential areas and the difficulties of cost control,this paper introduces the renovation project of A residential area in Chengdu High-tech Zone,sorts out the problems in the renovation process of the project,and gives targeted countermeasures to ensure the effectiveness of the cost control of the renovation project of old urban residential areas.
