随着科学技术的进步,传统的施工承包模式虽然取得了长足的进步,但由于缺乏规范的管理,以及缺乏对各个参与者的权威认可,使得各个项目的实现过程变得复杂而艰辛,使得业主的协作变得更为困难。随着经济全球化的加剧,EPC总承包模式已经迅猛地蔓延到中国,然而,由于缺乏良好的合同风险控制,导致的纠纷和冲突也日益增多。为了解决这一问题,EPC项目的合同分析和管控显得尤为必要。本文旨在探讨工程总承包项目中的合同风险,并建立评价模型。通过模型的应用,可以为总承包商提供有效的风险管理方法,从而降低风险事件的发生,提升合同管理的效率。此外,还可以为EPC合同风险管理提供借鉴。

With the progress of science and technology,the traditional construction contracting mode has made great progress.However,due to the lack of standardized management and the lack of authority recognition for each participant,the realization process of each project becomes complicated and difficult,making the cooperation of owners more difficult.With the intensification of economic globalization,EPC general contracting mode has been rapidly spread to China.However,due to the lack of good contract risk control,disputes and conflicts are also increasing.In order to solve this problem,the contract analysis and control of EPC projects are particularly necessary.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the contract risk in the general contract project and establish an evaluation model.Through the application of the model,effective risk management methods can be provided for the general contractor,so as to reduce the occurrence of risk events and improve the efficiency of contract management.In addition,it can also provide reference for EPC contract risk management.
