元宇宙视域下我国智慧图书馆虚拟空间治理规则研究

Research on Virtual Space Governance Rules of Smart Libraries in China from the Perspective of Metaverse

元宇宙塑造了虚拟空间的理想化状态,智慧图书馆也应紧跟时代发展,完善虚拟空间规则,保障元宇宙环境下图书馆智慧服务的进一步发展。文章基于元宇宙赋能智慧图书馆虚拟空间核心理念,以我国《网络安全法》《数据安全法》《个人信息保护法》和相关标准为理论基础,围绕智慧图书馆虚拟空间服务的技术、场景和发展趋势,关注用户需求,将文献建设、空间预约、业务管理等智慧服务模式与法治、伦理、业务、安全规范相对接,构建了智慧图书馆虚拟空间治理框架。智慧图书馆虚拟空间治理规则的完善,不仅需要技术、管理与人力资源等因素的支持,也需要从制度角度对行为予以规范,从而保障智慧图书馆的高质量发展。

The metaverse shapes the idealized state of virtual space,and the smart library should keep up with the development of the times,promote the perfection of virtual space rules,and ensure the further sublimation of the library's smart services in the metaverse environment.This paper summarizes the core concept of metaverse enabling virtual space of smart library,takes the Chinese Network Security Law,Data Security Law,Personal Information Protection Law and related standards as the basis.It focuses on the technology,scenarios and development trend of virtual space services of smart libraries,pays attention to users'needs,relates the smart service modes of document construction,space reservation and business management to the rule of law,ethics,business and security norms,and constructs a framework for the governance of virtual space of smart libraries.The improvement of the governance rules of the virtual space of smart libraries not only needs the support of technology,management and human resources,but also needs to regulate the behavior from the perspective of the system,so as to guarantee the high-quality development of smart libraries.
