总结了我国聚氨酯泡沫行业保温管及太阳能热水器子行业发泡剂使用现状,分析在上述两个子行业发布1,1-二氯-1-氟乙烷(HCFC-141b)使用禁令的技术和经济可行性,以及禁令发布对国内外的社会影响。

The current situation of foaming agents applications in pipe insulation and solar water heater sub-sectors in polyurethane foam sector in China was summarized in this article.The technical and economic feasibility of issuing the ban on using HCFC-141b in the above two sub-sectors was analyzed,also the social impact of the ban domestic and overseas was analyzed.
