小型数据中心混合冷却系统节能改造探究

摘要 为探讨数据中心混合冷却系统的节能应用,采取创新性的改造策略,在保留原有设备的基础上,将现有的服务器模块整合并密封于液冷模块中,通过电子氟化液半浸没式冷却实现直接高效冷却。同时,优化冷却系统的配置,引入改造冰柜以适应夏季高温和平滑电网负荷;还采用高效风墙对大型塔式设备和低能耗设备进行集中散热。结果显示,混合冷却系统显著提高了数据中心的冷却效率和能源利用率,展现出卓越的性能和实用性。 In order to explore the energy-saving application of hybrid cooling systems in data centers,an innovative transformation strategy is adopted.On the basis of retaining the original equipment,the existing server modules are integrated and sealed in liquid cooling modules,and the direct and efficient cooling is achieved through the semi-immersed cooling of electronic fluorinated liquid.At the same time,the configuration of the cooling system is optimized,and the modified freezer is introduced to adapt to the high temperature and smooth grid load in summer;high-efficiency wind walls are also used to centrally dissipate heat for large tower equipment and low-energy consumption equipment.The results show that the hybrid cooling system significantly improves the cooling efficiency and energy utilization of the data center,demonstrating excellent performance and practicality.
