摘要
为了缓解水泥基材料的微生物腐蚀问题,采用溶胶-凝胶法分别制备了添加纳米氧化亚铜(Cu_(2)O)和氧化石墨烯/氧化亚铜(GO/Cu_(2)O)复合物的硅烷复合涂层,并通过芽孢杆菌的微生物污损试验验证涂层的防护性能。结果表明,这两种复合涂层均具有疏水性和杀菌性,能够抑制砂浆表面的细菌数量和生物膜的增长,从而降低生物污损的程度。此外,这两种复合涂层的疏水性和抑菌性具有协同作用,比单一属性的硅烷涂层和氧化亚铜分散液涂层的防污效果更好。氧化亚铜与氧化石墨烯复合物具有更好的分散性和稳定性,这使得氧化石墨烯/氧化亚铜硅烷复合涂层的防污性更为高效和持久。
In order to alleviate the microbial corrosion problem of cement-based materials,silane composite coating with Cu_(2)O and GO/Cu_(2)O were prepared by sol-gel method,and the protection performance of the coating was verified by the microbial fouling test of Bacillus.The results showed that the two composite coatings have hydrophobicity and bacteriostasis,which can inhibit the growth of bacteria and biofilm on the cement mortar surface and reduce the degree of biological fouling.In addition,the hydrophobicity and antibacterial properties of the two composite coatings have synergistic effect,which is better than the anti-fouling effect of single attribute silane coating and Cu_(2)O dispersion coating.The composite of Cu_(2)O and GO has better dispersion and stability,which makes the antifouling performance of GO/Cu_(2)O silane composite coating more efficient and durable.
