磷钼酸钠型无铬锌铝涂层的制备与性能研究

摘要 为获得表面形貌良好、耐蚀性能优异的无铬锌铝涂层,以磷钼酸钠为缓蚀剂,研究其含量对涂层性能(宏观形貌、微观形貌、显微硬度、附着力和耐腐蚀性)的影响。结果表明:当添加质量分数为0.41%磷钼酸钠时,所制备的磷钼酸钠型无铬锌铝涂层均匀致密、粗糙度较小,显微硬度、附着力、耐腐蚀等性能优良。 In order to obtain chromium-free Zn-Al coating with good surface morphology and excellent corrosion resistance,sodium phosphomolybdate was used as a corrosion inhibitor to study the effect of its content on the coating performances,such as macrostate,microstructure,microhardness,adhesion and corrosion resistance.The results showed that when the content of sodium phosphomolybdate is 0.41%,the coating of the chromium-free Zn-Al coating with sodium phosphomolybdate has the advantages of uniform density,small roughness,good hardness,adhesion and corrosion resistance.
