基于体质学说的复发性流产防治探析

Prevention and Treatment of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion Based on Donstitution Theory

复发性流产作为育龄女性常见疾病,其病因复杂,临床防治难度较大。本文基于中医体质学说,通过相关文献整理,发现体质与该病发生及证候密切相关,且该病患者多见气虚、阳虚、气郁体质以及其他兼夹体质,并提出临床注重肝、脾、肾三脏,通过药物、针灸、饮食、运动等调治体质可以达到较好的效果。

As a common disease among women of childbearing age,Recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)has a complex etiology and is diffi cult to prevent and treat clinically.Based on the theory of Chinese medicine constitution,this paper fi nds that constitution is closely related to the occurrence and syndrome of the disease through the collation of relevant literature,and the patients with the disease often see the constitution of qi defi ciency,yang defi ciency,qi stagnation and other combined constitution.It also puts forward that clinical attention should be paid to the liver,spleen and kidney,and good results can be achieved by regulating the constitution through drugs,acupuncture and moxibustion,diet and exercise.
