Analysis of Factors Influencing SMEs’Willingness to Actively Share Data on Industrial Internet Platforms

[目的/意义]探讨中小企业在工业互联网平台上主动共享数据意愿的影响因素,为工业互联网可持续发展提供建议。[方法/过程]基于UTAUT和TAM的整合,构建了中小企业共享数据意愿的结构方程模型,通过结构化问卷的方式收集176名中小企业管理者的数据,使用PLS-SEM进行了数据分析和实证检验。[结果/结论]社会规范、便利条件、感知易用性和感知有用性对共享数据意愿有显著的正向影响;感知易用性和感知有用性在感知风险和变革阻力对共享数据意愿的影响中起到完全中介的作用。相对而言,感知风险与感知易用性的负向相关性更强,变革阻力与感知有用性的负向相关性更强。

[Purpose/significance]This paper explores the factors influencing SMEs’willingness to actively share data on industrial Internet platforms and provides suggestions for sustainable industrial Internet development.[Method/process]Based on the integration of UTAUT and TAM the paper constructs a structural equation model of SMEs’willingness to share data collects the data of 176 SME managers by means of a structured questionnaire and uses PLS-SEM for data analysis and empirical test.[Result/conclusion]Social norms facilitating conditions perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a significant positive impact on the willingness to share data.Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness play a full mediating role in the impact of perceived risk and resistance to change on the willingness to share data.Relatively speaking perceived risk is more negatively associated with perceived ease of use and resistance to change is more negatively associated with perceived usefulness.
