区域一体化背景下江苏省政府数据开放现状及协同提升策略研究

Research on the Current Situation and Collaborative Promotion Strategy of Government Data Opening in Jiangsu Province Under the Background of Regional Integration

[目的/意义]政府数据开放利用有助于经济发展和服务提升,在国家推行区域一体化战略发展背景下,区域政府数据开放的协同发展尤为重要。[方法/过程]以江苏地区政府数据开放为研究对象,获取江苏省14个政府开放数据平台文本数据,定量分析其平台建设、数据集质效和用户访问情况,研究发现各地政府平台建设质量差异显著。[结果/结论]从区域协同提升的角度提出了构建区域协同机制、打造一体化平台、建立统一数据标准、协同数据创新利用的协同发展策略,助推江苏地区的高质量发展。

[Purpose/significance]The open use of government data is conducive to economic development and service improvement.Under the background of the national implementation of regional integration strategy development the coordinated development of regional government data opening is particularly important.[Method/process]Taking the government data opening in Jiangsu as the research object this paper obtains the text data of 14 government open data platforms in Jiangsu province quantitatively analyzes their platform construction data set quality and user access and finds that there are significant differences in the quality of government platform construction among different regions.[Result/conclusion]From the perspective of the promotion of regional integration and collaboration this paper proposes a coordinated development strategy of building a regional collaboration mechanism building an integration platform establishing a unified data standard and collaborative data innovation and utilization so as to promote the high-quality development of Jiangsu.
