小儿肺咳颗粒治疗小儿肺脾气虚证哮咳的临床效果

Clinical effect of Xiaoer Feike Granules in the treatment of wheezing cough in children with syndrome of qi deficiency of lung and spleen

目的探讨小儿肺咳颗粒治疗小儿肺脾气虚证哮咳的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月枣庄市立医院接诊的100例肺脾气虚证哮咳患儿为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规治疗,实验组除常规治疗外,采用口服小儿肺咳颗粒治疗,两组的疗程为2周。比较两组患儿的中医证候积分、肺功能指标和炎症因子水平。结果治疗后,实验组的中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.01),肺功能指标优于对照组(P<0.01),血清γ干扰素(IFN-γ)水平高于对照组,血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平和IL-4/IFN-γ比值均低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组尿白三烯E-4水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿肺咳颗粒治疗小儿肺脾气虚证哮咳可改善中医证候和肺功能,调节炎症因子和免疫平衡,疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaoer Feike Granules in the treatment of wheezing cough in children with syndrome of qi deficiency of lung and spleen.Methods A total of 100 children with wheezing cough with syndrome of qi deficiency of lung and spleen in Zaozhuang Municipal Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the experimental group was treated with oral Xiaoer Feike Granules in addition to conventional treatment,both two groups were treated for 2 weeks.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,the pulmonary function indexes and the levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The lung function indexes in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01).The level of interferon-γ(IFN-γ)in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),the level of serum interleukin-4(IL-4)and the ratio of IL-4/IFN-γwere lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the level of urinary leukotriene E-4 between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaoer Feike Granules treating children with wheezing cough with syndrome of qi deficiency of lung and spleen can improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and lung function,regulate inflammatory factors and immune balance,which has remarkable curative effect and is worth popularizing.
