自拟逍遥金仙膏治疗小儿肺炎后厌食症的临床效果

Clinical effect of self-prepared Xiaoyao Jinxian Ointment in the treatment of anorexia after pneumonia in children

目的探讨自拟逍遥金仙膏治疗小儿肺炎后厌食症的临床效果。方法选取2022年12月至2023年2月寿光市中医医院接诊的74例肺炎后厌食症患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(37例)和观察组(37例)。对照组给予多酶片、赖氨肌醇维B12口服溶液,观察组在对照组基础上予自拟逍遥金仙膏,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组25-羟维生素D[25-(OH)D]、血红蛋白(HGB)、体重指数(BMI)均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组25-(OH)D、HGB、BMI高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟逍遥金仙膏治疗小儿肺炎后厌食症的临床效果显著,值得推广运用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Self-prepared Xiaoyao Jinxian Ointment in the treatment of anorexia after pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 74 children with anorexia after pneumonia in Shouguang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Multienzyme Tablets and Lysine Vitamin B12 Oral Solution,while the observation group was treated with self-prepared Xiaoyao Jinxian Ointment on the basis of control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effect rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 25-hydroxy vitamin D(25-[OH]D),hemoglobin(HGB)and body mass index(BMI)in both two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of 25-(OH)D,HGB and BMI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-prepared Xiaoyao Jinxian Ointment treating anorexia after pneumonia in children has significant clinical effect,which is worth promoting and applying.
