中药外洗在新生儿红斑中的应用

Application of traditional Chinese medicine external washing in the treatment of neonatal erythema

目的探究中药外洗在新生儿红斑中的应用效果。方法选取2021年2月至2022年9月汶上县中医院收治的72例新生儿红斑患儿,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组36例。对照组予常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合中药外洗,比较两组患儿治疗效果、红斑消失时间及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患儿治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),红斑消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药外洗治疗新生儿红斑能够缩短红斑消失时间,不良反应少,应用效果显著且安全。

Objective To study the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)external washing in the treatment of neonatal erythema.Methods A total of 72 neonates with erythema in Wenshang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to September 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the research group received TCM washing on the basis of control group.The treatment effect,the disappearance time of erythema and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The overall response rate in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the disappearance time of erythema in the research group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM external washing treating neonatal erythema can shorten the disappearance time of erythema,with few adverse reactions,remarkable application effect and safety.
