康复训练联合神经节苷脂治疗小儿脑瘫的临床效果

Clinical effect of rehabilitation training combined with Ganglioside in the treatment of pediatric cerebral palsy

目的研究康复训练联合神经节苷脂治疗小儿脑瘫的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月至12月定边县人民医院收治的80例脑瘫患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)与实验组(40例),对照组进行康复训练,实验组进行康复训练联合神经节苷脂治疗,对比两组的临床治疗效果。结果实验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组肌张力等级低于对照组,肢体运动功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复训练联合神经节苷脂治疗小儿脑瘫效果显著,能够改善患儿肌张力及肢体运动功能,促进患儿发育,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of rehabilitation training combined with Ganglioside in the treatment of pediatric cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 80 children with cerebral palsy in People’s Hospital of Dingbian County from January to December 2021 were selected and divided into control group(40 cases)and experimental group(40 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received rehabilitation training,and the experimental group received rehabilitation training combined with Ganglioside treatment.The clinical treatment effect in the two groups was compared.Results The overall response rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the muscle tone grade in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the limb motor function score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation training combined with Ganglioside treating children with cerebral palsy has significant effect,which can improve the muscle tone and limb motor function and promote the development of children,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
