生物反馈电刺激疗法联合盆底肌训练在产后盆底功能障碍产妇中的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨生物反馈电刺激疗法联合盆底肌训练在产后盆底功能障碍产妇中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年10月高密市人民医院收治的60例产后盆底功能障碍产妇,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用生物反馈电刺激疗法,观察组在对照组基础上联合盆底肌训练。比较两组尿失禁严重程度及盆腔器官脱垂分级量表(POP-Q)分度。结果治疗后,观察组尿失禁严重程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组POP-Q分度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生物反馈电刺激疗法联合盆底肌训练在产后盆底功能障碍产妇中的应用,可有效改善产妇尿失禁程度及盆腔器官脱垂情况。 Objective To investigate the application effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy combined with pelvic floor muscle training in parturients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods A total of 60 parturients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to Gaomi People’s Hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy,and the observation group combined pelvic floor muscle training on the basis of the control group.Urinary incontinence severity and pelvic organ prolapsed quantitation(POP-Q)degree were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the severity of urinary incontinence in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,POP-Q degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy combined with pelvic floor muscle training in parturients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction can effectively improve the degree of urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.
