自由体位分娩对初产妇产程和心理状况的影响

Effect of free postural delivery on labor process and psychological status of primiparas

目的探讨自由体位分娩对初产妇产程和心理状况的影响。方法选取2021年1月至12月于济宁市第三人民医院分娩的60例初产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与实验组,每组各30例。对照组采用传统体位分娩,实验组采用自由体位分娩。比较两组产程、心理状况及会阴裂伤程度。结果实验组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程及总产程均短于对照组(P<0.05)。分娩后,实验组焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组会阴裂伤程度轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自由体位分娩可缩短初产妇产程,改善不良心理状况,减少会阴裂伤的发生,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of free postural delivery on labor process and psychological status of primiparas.Methods A total of 60 cases of primiparas who gave birth in the Third People’s Hospital of Jining City from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Traditional postural delivery was adopted in the control group and free postural delivery was adopted in the experimental group.The labor process,psychological status and perineal laceration degree were compared between the two groups.Results The first,second,third and total stages of labor in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After delivery,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The perineal laceration degree of the experimental group was lighter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Free postural delivery can shorten the labor process of primiparas,improve the negative psychological status and reduce the occurrence of perineal laceration,which is worthy of clinical application.
