痰热清注射液联合溴己新治疗儿童肺炎的效果

Effect of Tanreqing Injection combined with Bromhexine in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia

目的探讨痰热清注射液联合溴己新治疗儿童肺炎的效果。方法选取2021年3月至2022年2月菏泽海吉亚医院收治的86例肺炎患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组各43例。两组均予常规对症治疗,对照组应用溴己新治疗,研究组在对照组基础上应用痰热清注射液治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、炎症因子、不良反应总发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论痰热清注射液联合溴己新治疗儿童肺炎的效果显著,能够有效减轻炎症反应。

Objective To explore the effect of Tanreqing Injection combined with Bromhexine in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods A total of 86 children with pneumonia in Heze Haijiya Hospital from March 2021 to February 2022 were selected and divided into study group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional symptomatic treatment,the control group was treated with Bromhexine,while the study group was treated with Tanreqing Injection combined with Bromhexine.The overall response rate,inflammatory factors,and total incidence of adverse effects were compared between the two groups.Results The overall response rate of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The levels of C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-αin the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tanreqing Injection combined with Bromhexine treating pediatric pneumonia has remarkable effect,which can effectively reduce inflammatory reaction.
