综合护理在子宫内膜癌腹腔镜术后患者中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with endometrial cancer after laparoscopic surgery

目的探讨综合护理在子宫内膜癌腹腔镜术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取郑州市中医院2021年1月至2022年12月收治的74例子宫内膜癌腹腔镜术后患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(37例)采用常规护理,观察组(37例)采用综合护理,比较两组生理应激指标、预后恢复和并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果观察组恢复胃肠功能、住院时间短于对照组,舒张压、收缩压低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理应用于子宫内膜癌腹腔镜术后患者,可降低并发症发生率,缩短术后恢复时间,减轻应激反应,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with endometrial cancer after laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 74 patients with endometrial cancer who underwent laparoscopic surgery in Zhengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(37 cases)was given routine nursing,and the observation group(37 cases)was given comprehensive nursing.The physiological stress indexes,prognosis recovery,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery of gastrointestinal function and hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in patients with endometrial cancer after laparoscopic surgery can reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the postoperative recovery time,reduce stress response and improve nursing satisfaction.
