护理沟通在女性老年高血压护理中的应用效果

Application effect of nursing communication in nursing care of elderly women with hypertension

目的探讨护理沟通在女性老年高血压护理中的应用效果。方法选取枣庄市山亭区徐庄镇中心卫生院2022年1月至2023年1月收治的100例女性老年高血压患者,根据随机数字表法分为研究组(50例,常规护理联合护理沟通)和对照组(50例,常规护理),比较两组的护理效果。结果干预后研究组舒张压、收缩压水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后研究组抑郁和焦虑评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总满意度高于对照组,纠纷发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理沟通在女性老年高血压护理中具有积极的作用。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing communication in the nursing care of elderly women with hypertension.Methods A total of 100 elderly women with hypertension admitted to Shanting District Xuzhuang Town Central Hospital of Zaozhuang City from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the study group(50 cases,routine nursing combined with nursing communication)and the control group(50 cases,routine nursing)according to the random number table method,and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the depression and anxiety scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of disputes was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing communication plays a positive role in the nursing of elderly women with hypertension.
