摘要
针对水下装备环境数据匮乏,专业标准规范少,在环境适应性要求制定、设计选材、环境适应性分析评价和试验方案制定等方面缺乏基础数据支撑的现状,开展了环境实测技术研究。以温度、冲击和振动等环境应力为切入点,首先,对水下装备环境实测技术进行了简要介绍和探讨;然后,给出环境数据采集与分析方法,明确数据采集流程;最后,开展了某装备环境实测工作,获取了运输、贮存和使用等实际环境数据,为耐环境设计和确定试验条件提供了真实有效的实测数据依据,积累了水下装备环境实测的经验。
Aiming at the current situation of insufficient environmental data and professional standards for underwater equipment,as well as the lack of basic data support in the development of environmental adaptability requirements,design and material selection,environmental adaptability analysis and evaluation,and experimental plan development,environmental measurement technology research is carried out.With environmental stresses such as temperature,impact,and vibration as the entry points,the environmental measurement technology for underwater equipment are introduced and discussed briefly.Then,the methods of environmental data collection and analysis are proposed,and the data collection process is clarified.Finally,environmental measurement work for a equipment is carried out,and the actual environmental data such as transportation,storage and use are obtained,which provides,a real and effective basis for environmental design and determination of test conditions,and accumulates experience in underwater equipment environmental measurement.
