摘要 随着集成电路的国产化,国内集成电路筛选检测业务量也不断增大。密封试验是具有内空腔的金属陶瓷封装集成电路产品筛选检测项目中重要的项目之一。传统的密封试验工装夹具无法实现大批量集成电路的筛选密封试验的要求。基于以上问题,设计了一款适用于多种封装形式的集成电路筛选密封试验的工装夹具。该款新型封试验工装夹具大大地提高了筛选密封试验的检测效率。 With the localization of integrated circuits,the domestic integrated circuit screening detection business has also been continuously increasing.Sealing test is one of the important projects in the screening detection of metal ceramic packaging integrated circuit products with internal cavities.Traditional sealing test fixtures cannot meet the requirements of screening sealing tests for large-scale integrated circuits.Based on the above issues,a fixture suitable for sealing tests of integrated circuits in various packaging forms is designed.This new type of sealing test fixture greatly improves the detection efficiency of screening sealing tests.
