风电场储能配置方案研究

摘要 随着国家提出碳达峰、碳中和目标及构建新型电力系统要求,风电、光伏发电等新能源将大规模增长,为缓解新能源接入对电力系统调峰的压力,提高自身消纳能力,在新能源侧配置电化学储能等新型储能是必要的。为研究风电场储能配置方案的可行性及经济性,笔者以广西某风电场为例,根据风电场运行特性及实际情况,并结合目前国家和地方相关政策等,采用效益费用分析法,对风电场储能配置规模、方案及投资等进行研究,分析提出风电场储能配置方案,以期为新能源侧储能配置提供参考。 With the country's requirements for carbon peaking,carbon neutralization and the construction of new power systems,new energy sources such as wind power and photovoltaic power generation will grow on a large scale.In order to alleviate the pressure of new energy access on power system peak shaving and improve its own consumption capacity,it is necessary to configure new energy storage such as electrochemical energy storage on the new energy side.In order to study the feasibility and economy of the energy storage configuration scheme of the wind farm,the author takes a wind farm in Guangxi as an example,according to the operation characteristics and actual situation of the wind farm,combined with the current national and local relevant policies,the benefit cost analysis method is used to study the scale,scheme and investment of the energy storage configuration of the wind farm,and the energy storage configuration scheme of the wind farm is analyzed and proposed,in order to provide reference for the energy storage configuration of the new energy side.
