基于绝缘纸聚合度预测的油浸式变压器老化评估方法研究

摘要 针对糠醛试验检测无法完全准确地反映变压器老化情况,提出一种基于绝缘纸聚合度预测评估变压器老化的方法。笔者分析了绝缘纸老化与绝缘纸聚合度、糠醛含量之间的关系,研究了绝缘纸聚合度预测方法,并将该方法应用于天生桥一级水电站变压器绝缘纸老化预测。结果表明,采用修正的绝缘纸聚合度预测公式可合理预测聚合度值,据该值计算糠醛含量,进而评估变压器老化情况。该方法可推广应用于同类型变压器寿命预测。 In view of the fact that furfural test can not fully and accurately reflect the aging of transformer,a method based on the polymerization degree prediction of insulating paper is proposed to evaluate the aging of transformer.By analyzing the theoretical relationship between the insulating paper aging and the degree of polymerization of insulating paper and furfural content,the prediction formula of the degree of polymerization of insulating paper is modified and the degree of polymerization is reasonably predicted.Based on this,the furfural content is calculated,and then the aging of transformer is evaluated.The method proposed in this paper can also be applied to the life prediction of similar oil immersed transformers.
