摘要
为减少水轮发电机组低负荷运行时的效益损失,笔者提出旋转备用补偿模型,根据水轮机设计资料中的耗水率表绘制出在不同水头下的耗水率-负荷曲线,再分别拟合为一元高次多项式;结合发电量效益和旋转备用补偿电量效益的计算公式,得出负荷-效益方程;利用编程计算机组在不同水头下低负荷时的优化运行区间,并绘制优化运行图。结果表明,依照优化运行图实时微调机组负荷,可以显著减少低负荷运行时的效益损失。
In order to reduce the benefit loss of hydro-generator units under low load operation,the author puts forward a spinning reserve compensation model.According to the water consumption rate table in the design data of the turbine,the water consumption rate-load curve under different water heads is drawn,and then fitted into a highorder polynomial.Combined with the calculation formula of power generation benefit and spinning reserve compensation benefit,the load-benefit equation is obtained.The optimal operation interval of the unit with low output under different water heads is calculated using programming,and the optimal operation diagram is drawn.The results show that the real-time fine-tuning of the unit load according to the optimized operation diagram can significantly reduce the benefit loss during low load operation.
