无缝药芯焊丝表面无镀铜涂敷工艺研究

摘要 传统镀铜焊丝存在镀铜层与基体结合力差,焊接飞溅大等问题。依据焊丝涂层的作用、功能及使用条件,确定了试验所用3类环保型无镀铜材料,并完成了涂层溶液配制:硅酸锂溶液基涂层溶液、改性有机硅乳液3026基涂层溶液和DW超导水性聚合物基水性混合涂层溶液。通过对不同涂层的效果进行对比,得出最佳的涂层溶液为DW超导水性聚合物基水性混合涂层溶液,给出涂敷工艺参数:涂敷速度0.09~0.19 m/s,浸涂液温度60~70℃,涂层固化温度120~180℃。结果表明DW超导水性聚合物基水性混合涂层成膜较好,均匀且完整;另证明了纳米粉填补技术不仅可以进行涂层裂纹的修复,同时还能增强涂层的结合力,具有可实施性。 Traditional copper plated welding wires have problems such as poor adhesion between copper coating and sub-strate,and large welding spatter.Based on function,and usage conditions of welding wire coating,three types of environ-mentally friendly non-copper plated materials were determined for experiment,and coating solution was prepared,Lithium silicate solution based coating solution,modified silicone lotion 3026 based coating solution and DW superconducting aque-ous polymer based aqueous mixed coating solution.By comparing coating effects of different coatings,it is concluded that the optimal coating solution is DW superconducting aqueous polymer based water-based mixed coating solution.Provide coating process parameters:coating speed 0.09~0.19 m/s,dipping solution temperature 60~70℃,coatingcuringtem-perature 120~180°C.Results show that DW superconducing aqueous polymer based aqueous mixed coating has good film forming property,uniform and complete,and it is proved that nano powder flling technology can not only repair coating cracks,but also enhance coating adhesion,which is feasible.
