数字经济对我国产业链现代化的影响效应分析

Analysis of Impact of Digital Economy on Modernization of China's Industrial Chain

数字经济借助数字技术与实体经济融合,可增强产业链关键技术创新与供给能力,夯实现代产业体系基础,赋能我国产业链现代化发展。借助SYS-GMM模型,基于2010—2021年我国30个省份(未包含西藏和港澳台)的面板数据,探究数字经济对我国产业链现代化的影响。研究发现:数字经济可以促进我国产业链现代化发展。就数字经济细分维度而言,互联网发展和数字普惠金融水平提升均能有效促进我国产业链现代化发展。进一步检验发现:产业政策、人力资本结构和技术水平对数字经济影响我国产业链现代化具有显著调节作用,但税收和知识产权保护制度对我国产业链现代化的影响并不显著。据此,应多措并举健全数字创新制度、增强产业政策可操作性、推动产业链深度融合,以期为促进我国产业链现代化发展提供参考。

With the integration of digital technology and the real economy,the digital economy can enhance the innovation and supply capacity of key technologies of the industrial chain,consolidate the foundation of the modern industrial system,and empower the modernization of China's industrial chain.Based on the SYS-GMM model and the panel data of 30 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities(excluding Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan and Tibet)from 2010 to 2021,this paper explores the impact of digital economy on the modernization of China's industrial chain.It is found that the digital economy can promote the modernization of China's industrial chain.In terms of the subdivision dimension of the digital economy,both the development of the Internet and the improvement of the level of digital inclusive finance can effectively promote the modernization of China's industrial chain.Further examination shows that industrial policy,human capital structure and technical level have a significant regulating effect on the impact of digital economy on the modernization of China's industrial chain,but the impact of taxation and intellectual property protection system on China's industrial chain modernization is not significant.Accordingly,multiple measures should be taken to improve the digital innovation system,enhance the operability of industrial policies,and promote the deep integration of the industrial chain,so as to provide reference for promoting the modernization of China's industrial chain.
