近年来,伴随着艺术类专业招生持续升温,引发毕业生群体面临着供需关系失衡所带来的诸多挑战。提升艺术类专业毕业生的就业质量,不仅要关注就业问题本身,更要统筹好毕业生的就业能力与职业发展能力。本文着重分析设置艺术专业的相关高校依据自身办学定位和教学目标,针对艺术类学生职业发展能力培养形成的一系列育人机制。

In recent years,art majors have continued to hot,and the graduate population is facing many challenges brought about by the imbalance between supply and demand.To improve the employment of art graduates majoring,it is not only necessary to pay attention to the employment problem itself,but also to coordinate the employment ability and career development ability of graduates.This article focuses on the analysis of a series of educational mechanisms formed by the universities that based on their own educational positioning and teaching objectives,aimed at cultivating the career development ability of art students.
