摘要
就业行动教育以激发学生积极的求职行为为直接目的,关注学生的求职过程,倡导学生正确职业观念的教育和引领。高校开展就业行动教育,要充分考虑到就业行动教育的主体间性、教育内容的丰富性、教育形式的多元化、教育评价的多维动态性,根据不同类型学校,多主体协同推进就业行动教育,优化就业行动教育课程设计,模拟就业实践情景或就业实训,建立适恰的就业行动教育评价体系,深入推进就业行动教育,凝练就业行动教育的中国经验。
The direct purpose of employment action education is to stimulate students'active job-hunting behavior,pay attention to the embodied participation in the job-hunting process,and advocate the education and guidance of students'correct career concepts.To carry out employment action education in colleges and universities,it is necessary to fully consider the intersubjectivity of employment action education,the richness of educational content,the diversification of educational forms,and the multidimensional dynamics of educational evaluation.According to different types of schools,multi-subjects should coordinate to promote employment action education,optimize the curriculum design of employment action education,and simulate employment practice scenarios or employment training.Establish an appropriate evaluation system for employment action education,further promote employment action education,and condense China's experience in employment action education.
