城市记忆空间的重构研究——以厦门市第八市场为例

RESEARCH ON RECONSTRUCTION OF URBAN MEMORY SPACE:A CASE STUDY OF XIAMEN EIGHT MARKET

城市记忆是由在地居民、外来游客等记忆主体的共同意识形态凝练而成的一种复杂又稳定的文化现象。城市记忆空间是指承载复杂记忆的城市物理空间,是城市记忆的载体。城市记忆空间的重构是指通过“记忆再现”对城市空间进行叙事性重构,是“记忆激活”的有效方式。厦门市第八市场作为典型的“城市记忆空间”,具有丰富的记忆价值。本文对其物质空间和非物质元素的记忆价值进行分析、综合、判断,提出“空间结构织补、环境品质提升和功能模式创新”三个重构策略,以激活城市记忆,为旧城街区更新提供不同思路。

Urban memory is a complex and stable cultural phenomenon condensed by the common ideology of memory subjects.Urban memory space refers to the urban physical space that carries complex memory.The reconstruction of urban memory space refers to the narrative reconstruction of urban space through"memory reproduction",which is an effective way of"memory activation".As a typical"urban memory space",Xiamen Eighth Market has rich memory value.This paper analyzes,synthesizes and evaluates the memory value of its tangible space and intangible elements,and puts forward three reconstruction strategies of"spatial darning,environmental improvement and functional innovation"to activate urban memory and provide different ideas for the old city blocks renewal.
