透脓散加味内服联合苦劳汤熏洗在高位肛周脓肿术后的应用效果分析

The Efficacy Analysis of Oral Modified Tounong San and Fuming-wash with Kulao Tang after the Surgery for High Perianal Abscess

目的:探讨透脓散加味内服联合苦劳汤熏洗在高位肛周脓肿术后的应用效果。方法:将2021年于我院接受手术治疗的68例高位肛周脓肿患者应用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组术后予苦劳汤熏洗,观察组在对照组基础上予透脓散加味内服。比较2组临床总体疗效、创面愈合时间,以及术后不同时间点肛周疼痛、水肿、分泌物、创面肉芽组织生长情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。观察组创面愈合时间明显短于对照组,P<0.05。观察组患者术后第3、7、14天肛周疼痛、水肿、分泌物情况评分均明显低于对照组,创面肉芽组织生长情况评分明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:高位肛周脓肿术后透脓散加味内服联合苦劳汤熏洗,有助于提高手术治疗疗效,减轻术后并发症,促进创面愈合。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of oral modified Tounong San(San)and fuming-wash with Kulao Tang(Tang)after the surgery for high perianal abscess(HPAA).Methods Randomly divided 68 HPAA patients surgically treated in author's hospital(2021 yr.)into control group(34 cases,after surgery only fuming-wash with Tang)and observation group(34 cases,added with oral San based on control group);then,compared both groups'clinical whole effect,wound-surface healing time,as well as the status on perianal pain,edema,secretion,and wound-surface granulation tissue growth.Results Though observation group's total effective rate was slightly higher than control group's one,but the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).In wound-surface healing time;in the ratings on perianal pain,edema,and secretion on the 3rd,7th,and 14th day afte surgery;and,in the status on wound-surface graumlation tissue growth,observation group was significantly and respectively shorter;Lower;and,higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After surgery for HPAA oral San combined with fuming-wash with Tang in helpful to enhance surgical efficacy,reduce postoperative complication,and promote woundsurface healing.
