扩展及超扩展高温条件对实际行驶排放试验的影响

摘要 国内外尚没有直接的试验数据可以支撑和解释RDE法规试验程序中有关扩展高温条件规定及其相应处理方法的合理性。为研究高温环境对RDE试验的影响,以一辆轻型汽油车在不同环境温度下(约10–40℃)的10次实际行驶试验数据为基础,从标准排放因子和路段排放因子两个维度评估了高温条件对RDE试验的影响。结果表明在常温环境下,环境温度(空调)对排放物的影响很弱,高温环境条件(35–40℃)及空调的使用并不会导致严重异常的污染物排放。在保证测试设备正常工作的条件下,RDE试验可以考虑不设置30-35℃基本扩展温度条件,并将普通温度条件扩展至40℃。 There is no direct test data at home and abroad that can support and explain the rationality of the extended high temperature conditions and corresponding treatment methods in the test procedures of RDE regulations.In order to study the influence of high temperature environment on the RDE test,based on the data of 10 actual driving tests of a light gasoline vehicle at different ambient temperatures(about 10–40°C),the influence of high temperature conditions on the RDE test was evaluated from two dimensions:standard emission factors and road section emission factors.The results show that the influence of ambient temperature(air conditioning)on emissions is weak in normal temperature environment,and high temperature environmental conditions(35–40°C)and the use of air conditioning do not lead to serious abnormal pollutant emissions.Under the condition of ensuring the normal operation of the test equipment,the RDE test can consider not setting the basic extended temperature conditions of 30-35°C,and extend the ordinary temperature conditions to 40°C.
