摘要
柳州铁道职业技术学院和南宁铁路集团有限公司开展合作,实施“2+1”联合培养已经有3年时间。本文就南宁铁路集团有限公司机务段和铁道机车专业合作过程中出现的一些问题进行发掘和分析,主要包括:第一方面,机务段、学校和学生三方面的人员问题;第二方面,培养内容设置的问题;第三方面,最终考核评价的问题。针对这三个方面的问题进行深层次的原因分析,找出一些合理的解决措施和建议,希望能够改善“2+1”人才培养机制,加强“2+1”人才培养成效,同时为其他专业和其他学校的联合培养模式提供借鉴。
Liuzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College has been collaborating with Nanning Railway Group Co.,Ltd.for three years to implement the“2+1”joint training.This article explores and analyzes some issues that arise during the cooperation between the locomotive depot and the railway locomotive profession of Nanning Railway Group Co.,Ltd.,mainly including:firstly,personnel issues in the locomotive depot,schools,and students;The second aspect is the issue of setting up training content;The third aspect is the issue of final assessment and evaluation.The article conducts a deep analysis of the reasons for these three issues,identifies some reasonable solutions and suggestions,and hopes to improve the“2+1”talent training mechanism,strengthen the effectiveness of“2+1”talent training,and provide reference for the joint training mode of other majors and other schools.
